Meet Our Faculty
Hello! I’m Daniela Pierson, and I absolutely love working with young musicians. I’ve been performing, teaching, and conducting for many years. When I’m not geeking out on different approaches to learning, I am reading, doing puzzles or hanging out at the dinner table with my family (sometimes doing puzzles at the dinner table, which drives everyone nuts).
Hi parents and young musicians! My name is Alessandra Yang, and I play violin and viola. I was part of Juilliard Pre-College for several years, and during my high school summers, I went to the Perlman Music Program. My favorite things in music are playing chamber music (string quartets, trios, etc.) and teaching, of course! I also love eating, cooking, and a good science-fiction story.
Hi everybody! I’m Eliana Razzino Yang, born and raised in Philadelphia where my cello studies began. I’m a Juilliard School graduate and my passion lies in chamber music (playing in smaller, more intimate groups), and I’ve attended programs like Perlman Music Program, Kneisel Hall, Heifetz Institute, and Prussia Cove. In my free time, I love to take long walks, read books, listen to podcasts, and cook with my family.
